Our team of qualified trainers will support you and provide a comprehensive framework so you can develop and maintain the skills you need for each job.
We’ve developed a code of ethics and set of processes to support and guide our staff in their day-to-day.
BUS – CLASS 2 DRIVER’S LICENCE
Eligibility
- Be at least 21 years old;
- Have held a class 5 driver’s licence for at least 2 years;
- Have no more than 3 demerit points on your driving record;
- Have not had your driver’s licence suspended or revoked in the last 2 years.
Medical evaluation and vision test
Download the Medical Examination Report
Write “Adding a class” at the top of the form for your application to be processed on time.
Have the form filled out by a physician or a specialized nurse practitioner and ensure that section 1, “Vision disorders,” is duly completed. Otherwise, you will have to have your eyesight tested by an ophthalmologist or an optometrist or in one of the SAAQ’s service outlets.
Go to a SAAQ service outlet to undergo a vision test and obtain the Medical Examination Report form. You must have the form filled out by a physician or a specialized nurse practitioner.
Preparing for the knowledge test
- We don’t have any vehicles with manual transmission (M endorsement)
- We offer training with air brake systems, under certain conditions only (F endorsement)
Knowledge exam and getting your driver’s licence

- Understanding of traffic rules and the skills required to handle a heavy vehicle
- Knowledge of the heavy vehicles circle check requirements

On-road learning period

- Requirements for heavy vehicles drivers
We’ll provide a minimum learning period of 20 hours of driving in addition to the time required to fully understand and master the circle check.

Road tests (there are two)

- How well you can check all the mechanical components efficiently and safely before using a heavy vehicle
- Driving skills while you perform regular manoeuvres
- How well you follow traffic rules and apply recognized driving techniques
- Behaviour at the wheel
MINIBUS – CLASS 4B DRIVER’S LICENCE

If you pass the knowledge test, you’ll get a Class 4B driver’s licence.
