Manager whose function is to plan, coordinate, supervise and control the proper functioning of daily operations, the quality of services offered and customer satisfaction.

responsibilities :
Operational management :
- Act as an interface between the various stakeholders;
- Ensure smooth communication and accurate and efficient transmission of information;
- Establish operational procedures and maintain their application;
- Control the inventory of supplies, products and equipment and manage purchases;
- Control the calibration of material resources (parts and tools);
- Control the secure storage of documentation and mechanical records;
- Control the secure exchange of personal information;
- Ensure the operation and continuity of the service;
- Assume responsibility for the maintenance, safety and cleanliness of the facilities.
Customer service :
- Establish service standards based on best practices and act as a leader in culture change to maintain excellence in customer service;
- Develop and maintain positive and lasting business relationships;
- Monitor customer satisfaction and develop action plans to close gaps.
Human resources management :
- Provide leadership and mobilization;
- Assess traffic forecasts and workforce needs and set up a position organization that meets the needs;
- Coordinate the integration and training of employees in collaboration with human resources;
- Set team performance objectives and evaluate the results.
Quality control :
- Ensure compliance with and quality control of current policies and procedures;
- Manage unforeseen and difficult situations in addition to implementing emergency measures and ensuring their application at all times to ensure everyone’s safety;
- Instill a corporate culture focused on the values advocated by the organizations it represents.
