responsibilities :

Operational management :

  • Act as an interface between the various stakeholders;
  • Ensure smooth communication and accurate and efficient transmission of information;
  • Establish operational procedures and maintain their application;
  • Control the inventory of supplies, products and equipment and manage purchases;
  • Control the calibration of material resources (parts and tools);
  • Control the secure storage of documentation and mechanical records;

Customer service :

  • Establish service standards based on best practices and act as a leader in culture change to maintain excellence in customer service;

Human resources management :

  • Provide leadership and mobilization;
